Will I have access to the online course on the learning management system for an unlimited time?
Courseware cut-off dates may apply only when asked to do so by specific clients. We do, however, suggest that you make an attempt to complete courseware in a reasonable timescale.
Do we get handouts/PDFs of notes of the content?
The UCT/AFSA content is proprietary, hence we do not give handouts – however – there is a Mobile Reference App in development which will be passed on to all learners once complete. This reference app contains the key summary points of the training.
Is there an exam/questions at the end?
There is a pre-Assessment followed by 5 modules – each of which has interim remedial assessments (so if you get a question wrong, you’ll be taken back to relevant content and you can then re-attempt the question). This is followed by a Post Assessment and these results that are forwarded to UCT for your CPD points. Please allow 3 months for your CPD points to be allocated. If you wish to get a CPD certificate from UCT, there will be an additional cost of approximately R200.
